James will be talking with Dr John Irvine of the READ Clinic on ABC radio. The program is on 92.5 FM and kicks off at 8:30 am. We will be talking about improving children’s posture, effective use of back packs and  general health and wellbeing.

Balance Exercise Physiology has been invited to be a guest lecture at various High Schools in NSW. Topic areas include “Improving Health and Wellbeing” and specific lectures on PDHPE HSC syllabus content.
2015 is to be the year of health and wellbeing.

An exciting, friendly and free 7 week program run by Balance Exercise Physiology in conjunction with Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney providing you with information on how to reduce your risk of falling and maximise your independence at home.
